Directions

Aloravita is located on Happy Valley Road east of 83rd Ave in Peoria.

From the East:

Proceed to I-17 north bound and exit #218 for Happy Valley Rd.

Continue West on Happy Valley Road for 6 miles.

Turn North (right) onto N. 77th Lane to Ashton Woods model.

From the West:

Take the Loop 101 North to exit #15 for W. Union Hills Dr.

Proceed West (left) onto W. Union Hills Dr to N. 83rd Ave and make a right.

Proceed 1.4 miles and use the two right lanes to stay on N. 83rd Ave

Turn East (right) onto Happy Valley Rd after 2.5 miles.

Make the first left onto N. 77th Lane to enter Aloravita.

Our Retreat model home is off the second right, Cotton Tail Lane.

All Ashton Woods model homes are marked by the Arizona State Flag.

Breaking Down Your Home Payments

Here’s a closer look at the Terms and Conditions behind how we calculate your monthly payment with the help of our preferred lenders.

* Terms are based upon a loan with the following terms: Payment is for principal and interest only. Credit terms are based on a 30-year fixed mortgage. Purchase price of $[total_price]. [interest_rate]% (APR [apr_rate]%) 30-YR Fixed FHA loan 3.5% down payment required, and a 640 credit score. 2/1 Program includes a 2% decrease on the interest rate for year one and 1% decrease in the interest rate for year two. The interest rate that applies to year one is 3.99%. The interest rate that applies to year two is 4.99%. Beginning in year three, the fixed rate of 5.99% applies to the remainder of the loan life. Additional special financing rate of 5.99%, 30-yr fixed rate, FHA. Restrictions on the maximum loan amount and loan-to-value ratio apply.  In addition to payment for principal and interest, payments for taxes, homeowner’s insurance, mortgage insurance and possible HOA dues are required.
