Ashton Woods Taps Todd Jones as New Atlanta Division President

ATLANTA (Sept 27, 2018) – Ashton Woods, one of the nation’s largest private homebuilders, announced today that building industry veteran Todd Jones will lead the Atlanta Division of Ashton Woods as its new president starting October 1. In this position, Jones will be responsible for the division's strategic initiatives, land acquisition and homebuilding operations.

“Todd will be an outstanding leader for our Atlanta Division and build on the success of what is already Ashton Woods’ largest division,” said Ken Balogh, president and CEO of Ashton Woods. “His accomplishments in the Atlanta market are a great testament to his strategic mindset and passion for homebuilding, and we are confident he will lead our team through the next phase of growth and position the Atlanta division for success well into the future.”

A 25-year veteran of the industry, Jones has served as division president for several other national builders and brings a wealth of expertise in construction, sales, land acquisition and operations to the role. Most recently, he ventured outside of the homebuilding industry and oversaw finance and operations for the non-profit Life Teen.

A native of Dunwoody, Ga., Jones is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction.
