Ashton Woods Earns Multiple 2018 Sand Dollar Awards

Homebuilder receives awards for marketing, social media and special events

NAPLES, FL. (September 28, 2018) - Ashton Woods, one of the nation’s largest private homebuilders, announced it earned top honors in four categories during the 2018 Sand Dollar Awards Gala hosted at The Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort in Naples on September 22, 2018. Presented by the Collier Building Industry Association – Sales and Marketing Council, the Sand Dollar Awards annually honor excellence in building, design and marketing in the homebuilding industry in Collier County.

Ashton Woods garnered awards in a variety of categories:

• Best Brochure in recognition of the homebuilder’s community brochure for Ashton Woods at Naples Reserve, which highlights the exceptionally designed, southern coastal-inspired homes available in the Naples Reserve neighborhoods of Mallard Point, Egret Landing, Savannah Lakes and Sparrow Cay. The brochure also outlines the many resort-style amenities available at Naples Reserve, including a 54-acre lake and centrally located clubhouse.
• Best Website in honor of Ashton Woods’ redesigned website, which allows homebuyers to virtually visit each of the homebuilder’s new construction luxury homes at both Naples Reserve and Fiddler’s Creek with detailed information on each move-in ready residence, including floorplan, interior finishes, location, community amenities and pricing.
• Best Special Event/Promotion for its “A Taste Around the World” event, which gave homebuyers a passport to explore the homebuilder’s new designer models at Marsh Cove at Fiddler’s Creek. In addition to touring the newly finished model homes with golf course, creek and lake views, attendees enjoyed globally inspired tapas and drinks.
• Best Social Media Marketing in recognition of its social media marketing efforts to promote its newly constructed homes at both Naples Reserve and Fiddler’s Creek on social sharing sites, including Facebook and Pinterest.
